1. Acceptable use

You may use the site and its public content for lawful, non-commercial review and citation.

You may not scrape, mirror, or republish DSI intelligence products without written permission.

Automated access (bots, scrapers) is restricted per the robots.txt and llms.txt directives.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or rate limits.

You may not use the contact, scorecard, or subscription forms to send spam, harassing content, or unlawful material.

2. Intellectual property

All intelligence products, briefings, reports, frameworks, and software on this site are the intellectual property of CM & Co Consulting Group AB unless otherwise stated.

Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read and reference paid content for internal organisational use only.

Quotation with attribution is permitted for reasonable editorial and academic use. Republishing in full requires written permission.

3. Briefings, support, and advisory

Intelligence briefings are provided free of charge. There is no paid subscription.

Voluntary support contributions (for example via Buy Me a Coffee) are non-refundable and confer no additional access or entitlement.

Advisory engagements — commissioned intelligence reports and strategic retainers — are governed by separate engagement agreements and invoiced per agreed scope.

4. Tools and self-assessments

Tools such as the NIS2 Scorecard and Scope Assessment are educational. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, or audit advice.

Results are based on your self-reported inputs. DSI does not verify accuracy.

For binding determinations under NIS2, DORA, CRA, or any other framework, engage qualified legal counsel or a competent authority.

5. Accounts and the DSI Academy

You may create a free account using a one-time sign-in link (magic link) or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of the inbox or Google account you use to sign in.

Accounts and the DSI Academy are provided for personal study. You may not share, resell, or redistribute account access, lessons, questions, or answers.

DSI Academy content is educational and provided as-is. It does not guarantee any certification result or exam outcome; passing any third-party certification remains your responsibility.

You may ask us to close your account and delete the associated data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt to bypass access controls, or abuse the service.

6. Disclaimers

Intelligence products are analytical opinions based on open sources at the time of writing. They are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranty as to uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM & Co Consulting Group AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content.

For advisory engagements, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid under the relevant engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the first instance by Malmö tingsrätt (Malmö District Court), Sweden.
